About the role

We have a great opportunity for experienced and hands-on AV Technicians that are committed to customer service excellence and have a great work ethic. Our business in NSW is growing and we want to hear from people who have the right experience to help us to deliver first class audio visual solutions and installations for an impressive and growing client base.

You will be part of an experienced and motivated team responsible for the installation of Audio Visual Solutions to our impressive and growing client base in NSW.

Duties:

• Install Professional Audio Visual Equipment
• Set out installation works according to specification and instruction
• Set out, cut and install of cables such as conduit, cable tray, ducting and wire systems
• Rack wiring, termination and labeling to Rutledge Engineering standards
• Read and interpret schematic diagrams, panel drawings and rack layouts
• Record and maintain relevant documentation pertaining to commissioning
•  Line Test and Commission cabling systems, including field and inter-rack cabling
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Complete work accurately and efficiently
• Travel to regional and remote client sites when required
• Trade qualification in electronics, communications or audio visual or demonstrated equivalent is desirable.
• Observe WH&S standards ensuring all work is completed in a safe manner

Skills & experience:

• Experience with Audio Visual Equipment, power tools and rack wiring
• Proven initiative and a high work ethic
• A passion for delivering great customer service
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ongoing training and development
• A valid Driver’s License and Personal Vehicle
