APPOINTMENT OBJECTIVES
Ensure that all services are carried out efficiently with a view to streamlining processes, maximizing margins, profitability and implement measures to minimize mistakes and improve quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES / SPECIFIC TASKS / FUNCTIONS

• Flatbed Operation, tasks include Mounts / Laminating / Pull-up Banners / Signs & Finishing.
• Pre-Press – setting up for specific print requirements and fixing technical problems with supplied files.
• There will be a requirement to provide support to all areas in Production, i.e. Large Format, Small Format, Flatbed and Plan Printing to assist when busy, and cover staff absences.Appropriate Training in these areas will be provided if necessary, but the desired candidate will already possess this knowledge and skill.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and be proactive.
• Motivated and results-driven with a passion for customer service and the ability to deal with demanding Clients.
• Organized, extremely responsible and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate an ability to maintain a high level of self-motivation and to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability and desire to progress to a Leadership role would be desirable.
• Knowledge of Canon, HP, Fuji, OCE and finishing equipment will be viewed as an asset.
