Our client, a global organisation specialising in home appliances is currently looking for a Field Service Technician to service Brisbane and the surrounding suburbs. This particular organisation has established an exceptional reputation for delivering premium products and outstanding service.
Reporting into the Senior Field Service Technician, your responsibilities would incorporate:
- Attending service calls on consumer appliances as per daily run sheet
- Ensure all appliance, repair information and parts usage is documented
- Provide complete technical support to customers and service agents on site as required
- Maintain order and cleanliness of van and ensure stock is up to date
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Management and resolution of customer concerns
- Ensure all OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to and attend training as required
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:
- Current Disconnect/Reconnect licence or full electrical licence
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Exceptional Electrical and Mechanical aptitude
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- A positive and bright manner tied with resilience and flexibility
- 2 years of previous field service experience working with appliances
- Certificate in workplace training (desirable)
Your role will service the Brisbane CBD and surrounding suburbs. You will be rewarded with a salary band of $65-70k + super and a fully serviced van as well as the opportunity to work for a global organisation that truly cares about its employers and customers.
This role will be a full-time permanent position commencing ASAP. To be successful for this role you will undergo full background and licence checks.
