Energy & Carbon Solutions is an industry leading project delivery group in the renewable and energy efficiency area. We are looking for experienced fitters with an interest in solar PV framing and panel mounting on industrial facilities in the Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong areas. The role is varied and flexible for the right people, but includes:

- Varied Roles and activities
We currently have roles for Team Leaders (Fitters), Fitters and also Trades Assistants:
You will have the following preferable skills:
- At least 5 Years’ Experience
- Experienced with Solar Panels/Frames Preferable
- Working at Height Certificate
- EWP/Scissor Lift License Preferable
- Be Part of a Close Team
- Varied Roles and Activities
- Project Based Field Work
- Good Written and Communication Skills Needed
- Excellent OH&S compliance
- Skills for Managing a small team of 2-3 more junior fitters preferable (if applying for a team leader role).
- Excellent Remuneration with Bonus Package.
