Manpower are currently recruiting for Auto Electricians for our client based in Mackay.
These roles will involve Workshop & On Site Work depending on your experience and skillset.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of highly complex electrical and electronic equipment;
- Diversified maintenance and repair of various electronic equipment in passenger vehicles, light and heavy duty trucks and other related equipment;
- Participate in and coordinate the installation, adjustment, and maintenance of special electrical-electronic equipment such as emergency vehicle warning lights, strobe and siren systems;
- Design, specify and install custom vehicular charging systems;
- Assist in developing vehicle specifications including electrical-electronic load requirements. Includes rehab/rebuild requirements;
- Assists in developing training and safety standards and requirements for automotive mechanics, technicians, and vehicle operators;
- Estimates time and materials required for proposed jobs; maintains records and prepares and submits reports; requisitions supplies and equipment;
- customer relations;
- completion of all relevant documentation including timesheets, inspection reports, quotations, incident reports, safety documents, inductions and familiarisations;

Successful Applicants:
- Are available for an immediate start
- Have a Coal Board Medical or are willing to obtain
- Have Standard 11 or willingness to obtain
- Have a valid Australian Drivers License
