About The Company
Our client is one of the world's largest and most successful fire, technology and security companies, who are well-known for first class performance, innovation and customer service excellence. They currently have an exclusive opportunity for a professional project manager to join their security team.
About The Role
Reporting to the State Installations Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery. You will lead, co-ordinate and manage a team of security based specialists to ensure the successful completion of this large commercial/government site. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a disciplined approach to project management, have strong leadership, possess high level communication skills and be an effective negotiator with a proven ability to deliver quality outcomes within budget and time frame.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- forecasting and managing project budgets
- developing project briefs, plans and proposals
- preparing estimates for resources, time frame and cost structures
- ensure OH&S, Trade Practice and Quality standards are achieved
What you need to have
You will have proven experience as a Project Manager or demonstrated success as part of a project team in a senior/supervisory project based role.
- You will have previous exposure to electronic security systems and will hold/have ability to obtain a current NSW and/or QLD Security Licence.
- Cardax, Access Control and CCTV knowledge is useful
