The Position
We currently have available a position for a qualified auto electrician to join our team. We require someone to work with a network of franchisees throughout the North Coast of NSW and use your knowledge to coach, advise and support them to become successful Battery World Franchisees.
You will be someone who will be able to provide hands on operational and technical support and be capable of helping our franchisees increase their auto electrical skill set related to 12 volt and 24 volt circuits for automotive, camping, caravan, marine, motorcycle, trailer and solar battery circuits in NSW. Ideally you will also be someone who has run their own business and can use that experience to impart guidance and advice when required, as well as assisting with training and development of franchisees and their staff.
This role will initailly be a 12 month parental leave contract, with the potential to become permenant after 12 months.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you must have:
- At least 10 years’ experience on the tools as a fully qualified licenced auto electrician
- Ideally, have run your own business
- Have a willingness to travel
- Excellent verbal communication skills
