About the role:

You will perform technical / maintenance / installation work in HVAC and Refrigeration whilst supervising a team of qualified Technicians located in Orange, NSW. Additionally you will have great relationship building skills with both internal peers and customers alike. 

You will be responsible for:

• Effectively supervising technicians whilst diagnosing problems and performing work of a technical nature on air conditioning and/or refrigeration systems
• Assist in generating sales for repairs, replacements, upgrades from existing contracted customers & generating quotes
• Auditing of the standard of service provided & workmanship provided by Technicians
• Provide mentoring to Technicians and Apprentices
• Foster and promote a positive work culture 
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal team members
• Ensure we meet our service delivery with Customers, and proactively look for ways to improve our service
• Promote inclusion with all Apprentices and actively encourage the right behaviours for those working with Apprentices

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Background and trade certificate in HVAC and Refrigeration
• Proven ability to build rapport and trust quickly
• Demonstrated ability to meet customers needs and maintain positive relationships
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Previous Leadership experience is advantageous
