The Cloverdale Group is a family owned and run business that has operations in all states in Australia.
We are currently seeking several experienced Cleaning Supervisors. The role will encompass direct day to day management of cleaners and managing adhoc works in your nominated region. The ideal candidate will have a "can do" attitude and an eye for detail, along with the ability follow company systems and procedures.
Locations available:
- Melbourne West
- Melbourne East
- Geelong
To be considered for the position you must have;
- Prior commercial cleaning experience (detail cleaning and cleaning machinery i.e. scrubbers, buffers and car park sweeper)
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
- Demonstrated people management skills and ideally experience managing teams across multiple sites
- High work standards / cleaning standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, sound English verbal and written communications.
- Ability to use systems to complete and close out work orders requests in our online system.
- Excellent work ethic such as pride in work, reliable, well presented and punctual
- Strong client services skills including the confidence to address and fix customer complaints.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Current Police check (under 3months)
- Australian Citizen
- Manual Drivers Licence
- Evidence of experience in cleaning or related industry as a supervisor.
