Due to growth within our Service Department, we are currently seeking a professional, courteous and confident person to join our team in Burnie as a Customer Service Advisor

Our ideal applicants will have previous experience in a Customer Service role.  We do encourage people with a strong customer relations background to apply, as we are able to provide extensive training if we find a suitable candidate.

You will utilise your administration and customer service skills to act as the principal contact between the dealership and our customer, for repair and maintenance service on vehicles.

In this role your main responsibility will be liaising with the Service department guests, both face to face and over the phone following prescribed procedures and manufacturer requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries and scheduling Service bookings
  • Meeting and greeting customers into the Service department
  • Determining the customers needs and communicating these to the workshop
  • Advising customers on the progress of their vehicle
  • Providing superior customer service 

Key skills and desired attributes include:

  • A confident, courteous and professional nature
  • Administrative skills
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask 
  • The ability to sell and offer recommended services over the phone
  • The ability to handle and address any customer concerns / disputes that may arise in a professional manner
  • An open manual drivers licence is essential

You will be a motivated and organised individual with experience in a customer facing role, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
