We are super excited to be offering multiple positions to Qualified Electricians with a proven track record, and a hunger to grow in what could be the opportunity of a lifetime.

Our success as an authority in the trade and construction industry is stamped with more than 30 years of experience in Queensland and as such, we are seeking new team members for our service and minor works division both on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane.

The work is varied and consists of infrastructure and commercial building maintenance and servicing.

The successful high functioning applicants will be required to think smart, be solution orientated as the role is truly autonomous with very little supervision and requires an attitude of “nothing is too hard” plus a high emphasis on attention to detail.

To be considered for this role:

·        Only trade qualified and able to work unsupervised need apply

·        Electrical+Comms need only apply

·        Current manual open drivers licence

·        Your most current/recent employment should be 'Service Technician' work or at least 5 years’ experience in a service role.

·        5 years post trade experience (minimum)

·        Extroverted and customer-orientated communicator

·        Qld Government High Risk Elevated Platform >11m Licence

·        Being Information Technology savvy is a must

·        Testing, control circuitry, and fault-finding guru

·        You must have the right to work in Australia

Other outstanding advantages that you may have which we encourage you to detail in your cover letter:

·        Direct experience 'client side'

·        Lighting control experience

·        Clean Energy Council's solar installers accreditation

·        ACB & ATS servicing and retrofitting experience

·        High Voltage Service and Switching accreditation

·        Control and Automation experience

·        Water treatment experience

Due to the highly specialised opportunity the selection process will be in four stages.

Stage 1 – Your cover letter must include a statement on what your career goal is for the next 5 years. We want you to grow with us. 

Stage 2 -  Each candidate successful in Stage 1 will be contacted via phone to further determine the applicants attitude & skills, as well as to communicate our vision and values to ensure compatibility.

Stage 3 – Each applicant that advances from Stage 2 will be invited to attend a face-to-face meeting and a more in depth discussion.

Stage 4 – Final assessment and letter of offer.

Each applicant in Stages 2 – 4 will be contacted for feedback if they are unsuccessful. It’s imperative that you include the Stage 1 minimum requirement in your cover letter to move forward to Stage 2.
