We are an exciting and expanding wholesale artisan bakery in Sydney’s upper North Shore and are currently looking for experienced bakers to join the team, both full time and casual positions available. We are looking for qualified bakers that have extensive experience in artisan sourdough, natural fermentation, yeast and pastry products.
Successful candidates will have:
-a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
-extensive experience producing high quality sourdough
-experience in a growing business
-an ability to work well with others
-great communication and interpersonal skills
-a good work ethic
-ability to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the bakery

This position does involve either a morning shift or evening shift and some weekend work.
