About the business
Stockyard Butchers Pty Ltd formed in response to the closure of two butcher shops in recent years within a 100km radius of Pinnaroo. 4 local families have established a new business enterprise in order to attract a qualified butcher to operate and manage without the strains of small business setup. Our aim is to offer the incumbent all the benefits of owner/operation, without the risks.
About the role
The successful applicant will have the skills and experience to manage and operate the small rural store, with the assistance and support of the local ownership team.

Skills and experience
The successful applicant must have:
Trade qualifications in butchery
Proven skills and experience in the industry
A positive attitude and willingness to embrace a country lifestyle
Smallgoods preparation experience is desirable
