The Central Coast’s newest luxury dealership is looking for a customer focused and friendly Service Advisor. You will be representing one of the most respected luxury brands with a long reputation for outstanding customer service that is second to none.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Ability to provide an exceptional customer service to everyone, every day with a "can do" approach.
- Trade qualifications with a long history in service advisor role.
- Technical Experience
- High level communication skills with a professional approach.
- Computer literate with the ability to adapt to new technologies
- Work in a small team environment harmoniously
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Responsible for all service department administration including marketing and morale of team members.
- Ensure appropriate resource is given to the development of all workshop personnel and front end staff.
- Manage escalated customer complaints and work towards a mutual resolution
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Lead by example as well as manage, motivate and assist all service personnel
- Provide adequate invoice explanation and reports to service customers
- Follow Up service times to ensure vehicles are completed on time.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Titan Knowledge
- Toyota Experience (Not Essential)
- Knowledge of Toyota Parts & Service (Not Essential).
