It is an established automotive leader in heavy vehicle industry. We have strong joint venture with globally-reputed components brands, such as Cummins, ZF, Borgwarner, Bosh and Dana.  Foton Motor Australia Pty Ltd is sole distributor of  Foton Motor company for its Australia market. 

About the role

• Daily communication with dealer and customers to answer technical problems and provide solution;
• Collect product quality issues form dealers and convert it in proper format(PQI) to the factory for improvements;
• Design and plan national services strategy and progaram and be responsible for its implementation;
• Plan and appoint service network across the nation;
• Receive and transfer training from the factory and Cummins to the dealers;
• Develop and provide regular training courses to dealer within the Oceania Region;
• Carry out technical on site support to resolve customer problems;
• Support and overlook on the warranty and parts operation in times of need;
• Plan and carry out service campaigns or recalls when necessary;

Skills and experience

• Have solid automotive technical background and hand on skills in after sales services;
• at least 8 years of customer service operational and managerial experience in automotive industry;
• Good command of office software(word,excel and PPT)
• Cheerful and hardworking personality;
• Good customer communication skill is a must and commend of Chinese language is a plus
