Static Blue is a commercial and industrial electrical contractor that is based in Keilor East, Melbourne. We provide electrical installation and maintenance to a wide variety of clientele throughout Melbourne and the outer suburbs.
A recent workload increase in both construction and maintenance has led to these exciting new opportunities becoming available.
The successful applicants must have the following:
Apprentices
- Australian Citizenship or the right to work in Australia permanently without restrictions
- Certificate 2 in Electro Technology (Pre- Apprenticeship Course)
- White Card/ Red Card
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Good work ethic and communication skills
- Australian drivers licence and reliable car
Electricians (All of the above plus)
- Minimum 3 years experience in electrical construction or maintenance
- Sound understanding of OH&S/ WHS
- Ability to read and understand electrical plans and schematic diagrams
- Cbus, communications, security experience preferred but not essential.
- Boom Lift/ Scissor Lift, First Aid, Working With Children and other construction tickets preferred but not essential.
Leading Hand Electricians (All of the above plus)
- Minimum 5 years experience managing medium to large commercial projects
- Sound understanding of OH&S/ WHS management
- Ability to forecast materials and labour requirements on a regular basis
- Ability to lead an experienced team of A Grade Electricians
Forman Electricians (All of the above plus)
- Ability to manage projects and make decisions autonomously
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to report to Project Managers and Directors on a regular basis
