We require a Service Advisor to join our afternoon shift team. This position would suit both an experienced Service Advisor or a Foreman / Leading Hand looking to take the next step in their career.
Your prime role is ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction whilst maximising service sales. You will have a good knowledge of motor vehicles and preferably trucks along with well developed communication skills and telephone techniques.
With leading sales and service performances and a reputation for outstanding customer contact, the successful candidate will need to be self motivated and highly driven.
This is a full time role and available for an immediate start.
The successful applicant will possess:
- A proven track record of superior Customer Service
- Sound mechanical knowledge
- Previous dealership experience
- High level of personal commitment and focus
- Exceptional people skills and Leadership qualities
- An ambition to succeed and goal orientated
- Pentana computer knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential
- Exceptional time management skills
- Clear communicator with good organisational agility
- A passion for delivering what they promise
