Salon Manager - Experienced beauty professional to support salon owner.

Our clients expect the best treatments by the best professionals. There’s no room for being “just ok”, here you need to be outstanding.
Are you the “organiser” in your friend group? The one who organises your friends and gets things happening? You sound like the leader we need!
Not only does our manager need to be an exceptional therapist she needs to be able think on her feet, be organised and calm under pressure. You need to understand how a salon is run and be able to jump in anywhere at anytime. Oh , and you need to have a high attention to detail.
Do you have a strong product sales and upsell record. We have sales targets, but if you’re the right person, you’ll understand that product sales and upselling of recommended services are part of the path to success.
For our new manager we would love it if you had:
- minimum 5 years experience,
- must shine in all areas of beauty treatments - waxing, tinting, facials, skin analysis, lash perming etc,
- previous 2IC experience,
- previous experience with working to targets,
- minimum Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
- make up experience
- body massage experience
- amazing people skills - friendly and helpful
Preferred but not essential:
- IPL Hair reduction experience
