HNS Fume & Dust Control based in Thomastown is looking for a highly skilled 1st class sheetmetal worker that has experience in all aspects of the trade. Working as part of our team you will pride yourself in producing top quality work first time, every time.
Trade qualified 1st class sheetmetal worker min. 3 years experience.
Experience in working with stainless, mild steel and aluminium.
Highly skilled in MIG and TIG welding.
Experience in both heavy and light fabrication.
Experience in duct work essential.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Competent using guillotines, folders and CNC press.
Experience in site installation.
Ability to work within a team.
Forklift license advantageous but not essential.
Must have current drivers licence and vehicle.
The role would suit an individual with some previous experience in a machine shop or other engineering environment. The role does involve manual handling tasks so applicant must be fit and healthy.
Hours of work are 7am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday with occasional opportunity for overtime depending on business needs.
