Bayford Volkswagen Epping is a vital member of the highly regarded Bayford Group - one of Melbourne's largest and most established multi-franchise dealerships.
Enthusiasm for customer service has been the Bayford Group's guiding principle for over 100 years, we are looking for a Service Advisor with unrivaled customer service skills. Applicants must have previous Service Advisor experience, preferably within a European Brand and Pentana experience.
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a customer focused Service Advisor to join our Bayford Volkswagen Epping team. You will join a dynamic team whose number one focus is customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will include:
- Exceed volume and profitability targets
- Exceed customer expectations
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved on a daily basis
- Quickly and effectively address customer concerns
Specific Skills required:
- Strong technical background in the automotive market
- Able to consistently create a memorable customer experience.
- Be able to sell services and repairs
- The ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- A genuine care for external, and internal customers
- Be well organised with strong time management skills
- Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders
