John McGrath Auto Group is currently seeking to employ an experienced and dynamic Service Advisor to join their busy Woden Service Department.

Ideally, the suitable applicant will have previous industry related experience, preferably with mechanical qualifications.

To be considered for this role you will need to:

• Have an outgoing, flexible personality, with the ability to adapt to different customer personality types and build long term relationships
• Have a proven track record providing past customers with an exceptional customer service experience
• Dedication to customer satisfaction
• Be computer literate and proficient in a variety of suites. Past experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, XTime and Outlook, while not essential, would be highly advantageous
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a professional phone manner
• Attention to detail in all aspects of the Service Delivery process
• Ability to handle competing deadlines and manage your time and work stress accordingly
• Be able to work autonomously when needed and in a team environment to achieve monthly team and individual KPIs
• Possess a current Australian drivers licence
