Your duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure facilities including car park and offices are tidy
• Vacuum and mop floors, dust, wipe surfaces and empty waste and rubbish
• Restock and clean bathrooms
• Clean post functions and outside
• Maintain track of consumable stock
• Adhere to OH&S policies

• Strong technical and professional knowledge
• Ability to identify complications of decisions and prioritise tasks
• Excellent communicator with ability to work with team
• Problem solver who can prioritise tasks
• Thrives in a busy environment
• Reliable and punctual 

Your skills and experience:

• Commercial cleaning experience
• Operation of walk behind scrubbers
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals, including proper storage
• Driver's License and reliable car beneficial, as may travel between Southbank, South Melbourne and Altona 
• MUST have Permanent Australian Residency to be considered
