We are a well regarded not-for-profit, values based organisation, offering residential, community and in-home aged care for over 30 years, to older people living in and around the municipality of Manningham.
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager who will drive the growth and productivity of our home maintenance service including our growing private client base, as well as managing the maintenance of our aged care facilities located in Doncaster.
Your role includes the effective scheduling of maintenance service requests from our home maintenance service and internal clients, supervising a small maintenance team, effective budgets and stock control, managing our client queries ensuring a prompt and professional quality service.
About You
This is a great opportunity for a person with a trade background or similar with experience operating a successful trade or maintenance service who is looking to work for a well regarded aged care provider. You will have a successful track record in scheduling of maintenance field staff or similar, budget and stock control, preparing quotes for building/maintenance works and ensuring they are completed within budget and service specifications. You should also have strong customer service and computer skills experience in building an effective motivated team and experience in driving business growth while optimising labour costs.
