About you - Manager role
We are looking for another leader to join our strong team of managers. You are ambitious, mature, hard-working and looking for career progression or change.
You will have a minimum of five years qualified landscaping experience, with strong technical skills in paving. You will take overall responsibility for your site; from supervising and training junior staff, quality assuring completed work, carrying out OHS requirements, planning and implementing work schedules, organising materials and tools and liaising with colleagues, clients and other contractors.
Besides practical skills, you will be an excellent communicator and understand and enforce the fundamentals of professionalism; turning up on time, appearing clean, presentable and polite and taking pride in a tidy and well-run site.

About you - Apprentice role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and fit person who is keen to start or continue an apprenticeship in the landscape industry. You will be a good listener, willing to learn and demonstrate a strong work ethic. You will be punctual, well presented and use your common sense at all times.
You will work alongside other apprentices and senior team members, who will provide you with training and great opportunities to develop skills in all aspects of hard and soft landscaping. They include:
- Hard landscaping tasks and construction including working with bricks, blocks, stone and timber, paving, concreting and building retaining walls.
- Soft landscaping tasks including turfing, planting and installing drainage and irrigation systems.
- General duties including setting up and cleaning a work site, delivering or preparing materials, using and maintaining equipment, tools, vehicles and machinery.
You will need a current Victorian drivers licence and own car.
You must have completed your construction induction (white card).

Our team of about 20 includes qualified landscapers and apprentices, as well as design and administration staff. We work in a fast-paced environment in some amazing private homes and commercial settings throughout Geelong, Melbourne and regional Victoria. Our head office is based in Geelong.
