Global Beverage Solutions are responsible for the installation, servicing and support of in excess of 3,500 coffee machines across Australia. Our customers include some of the biggest names in the retail, fast food, licensed clubs and convenience store sectors.
We have employee technicians working out of 12 locations around the nation and pride ourselves on the quality and professionalism of our service and support offerings. No other service provider or coffee equipment manufacturer comes close to matching these numbers or the level of experience, commitment or investment in our systems, processes or people.
The Opportunity:
An opportunity has arisen for a full time Pre-Delivery Technician to join our Unanderra Team.
Your duties are not limited to but will include:
- Performing quality pre-delivery duties for new and used coffee equipment
- Bench testing as well as test and tag machines
- Adjusting machine settings with high attention to detail
- Working with mechanical checklists
- Detailing and cleaning machines
- Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
- Performs other duties as assigned that support the business objectives
- Machine repairs and identifying parts requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Mechanical aptitude would be highly desirable
- Previous experience working with coffee machines is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn product knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and under pressure
- Self motivated and driven individual
- Takes pride in the quality of their work and is focused on results
- Good time management skills
- Current Driver's Licence
- Be able to work autonomously and as a team player
- Ability to interpret technical settings and recalibrating machines
