We are seeking an experienced Fitter Machinist for a well established Australian owned specialist manufacturer who supplies the global mining, oil and gas industries. The position involves operating new lathes and a mill in a clean environment. A key part will be the training and mentoring of apprentices. Regular overtime is available.
Education/qualification: Fitter & Machinist Qualified Cert. III Mechanical Engineering Trade. We require an applicant with a competent technical knowledge, good communication skills and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
The applicant must have Australian permanent residency.
