About the business
We are seeking a Qualified mechanic (or close to qualified) to join the team in a full time capacity. We have 2 workshops in the North Melbourne area and are a team that's committed and hardworking.
We work on a range of vehicles and have a large exposure to the Prestige market.
Uniform is provided and weekly laundering on us
Tools provided, optional if you would like to bring your own
About the role
This is a great time for a technician who wants the opportunity to be trained as a 3IC, as the role will require at times for the individual to assist in running the workshop.
This is a full time role, operating Monday to Friday.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out diagnostics, repairs and servicing on a wide range of vehicles
Possess a high level of diagnostic experience
Completion of job cards
Order stock when required
Speaking to customers, when required
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Trade Qualification
Full Australian work rights
Strong eye for detail
Pleasant manner, punctual and reliable
Prior experience
Current manual driver's licence
Intermediate Computer Skills
RWC tester, or the willingness toundergo further training to obtain your licence.
