Holco Fine Meat Suppliers at Cavan, a leading supplier to the Food Service industry, has an opportunity for an experienced Knife Hand to join our team. We also have a job opportunity for a Meat Packer to also join our team.
These hands-on roles will suit fit energetic people looking for a secure career in the Food Service industry.
Reporting to the section supervisor the successful Knife Hand will be involved with:
- Preparing meat products by cutting & trimming
- Order processing and packing
- Assembly of orders to customer and company requirements
- You will be working with beef, lamb, chicken and pork products
- Other duties as directed by the Supervisor
Reporting to the section supervisor the successful Meat Packer will be involved with:
- Preparation of customer orders to company and customer specifications
- Order processing and picking and packing
- Adhering to Workplace Health and Safety Procedures
- Regular lifting is a requirement of this job
- Other duties as directed by the Supervisor
Experience in a MAP environment will be well regarded.
The Knife Hand Position is a full-time role Monday – Friday.
The Meat Packer Position is for approximately 20-25hrs a week and must be flexible.
