The Role
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the auditing and general maintenance repairs, including plumbing works of all studios across regional Victoria.
Reporting to the National Program Manager, and working with the Studio Care Coordinator, the Maintenance Technician is accountable for:
- Attending site to conduct studio audits
- Performing plumbing and general repairs
- Ordering and purchasing inventory
- Booking inspections dates and times with clients.

Experience Required
The successful candidate will process the following:
- Five plus years’ working experience as a plumber with accreditation for sanitary, water, drainage and roofing
- Experience conducting plumbing installations and repairs on household items
- Experience with general handyman repairs and maintenance including:
- Toilet, shower and sink repairs
- Painting and patching
- Door and window mechanism and flyscreen repairs
- Other maintenance e.g. light fittings, blinds and exhaust fan replacements
- Job scheduling experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of working on CRM database and Microsoft Office suites
