Our Client, a leading innovator in the crash repair industry backed by one of the major insurance company, has grown rapidly in the last six years to 44 sites in Australia. we are looking for experienced spray painters interested in working in a progressive company with career progressed, fast paced, clean room environment.

Key Objectives:

Spray Painting

Clean & Safe

Service

• Quality check the vehicle upon receipt ensuring completeness of previous work
• Prepare painting jobs in accordance with process and procedures.
• Complete paint jobs in accordance with process and procedures
• Maintain Clean Workspace Policy
• Maintain spray booths, equipment and robots on a daily basis
• Carry out your tasks in line with the Company’s Workplace Health & Safety and Quality Assurance Policies, Procedures and Programs
• Observe and obey security procedures
• Contribute to creating a positive work environment for all staff and visitors and treat all staff members with respect
• Maintain uniform and wear in accordance with Company Policy
• Perform non-core tasks as directed by the RCM, PM or Ops Mgr from time-to-time
• Treat customer’s vehicles and belongings with respect at all times
• Respect all company property and equipment
