About the business and the role
HAS Earthmoving is a multi disciplined Civil contractor who performs projects ranging from Local Government, State Government and Private clients involved in Sub divisions, Road works, Drainage, Bulk and Trim Earthworks and all Civil works required in between.
Due to recent contract awards HAS Earthmoving require Workshop personell for immediate start.
Experienced fitters required for workshop and field service works, knowledge in
- Trucks
- Earthmoving equipment and machinery
- LV's
- Scheduled and breakdown servicing
All works are Perth Metro based, Monday to Friday with possible Saturday works available.
Job tasks and responsibilities
As the workshop fitter you will be required to conduct the following task on a multiple range of machinery and plant.
- Co-ordinate scheduled servicing with operations staff
- Assist field crews with breakdown repairs
- Record scheduled servicing
- Assist work crews in the field if required, ie operating trucks and machinery when required
Skills and experience
HAS Earthmoving is seeking Workshop personnel who are able to work independently and as part of a team, you must be able to work under pressure and be aware of time constraints involved at all times.
The ability to think outside the square and essential.
- Industry white card is required
- D & A Testing does occur
- HR lic is required as a minimum
