About the roles
AARR now have multiple roles full-time roles available based in Redhead, NSW. These roles include an Asphalt Supervisor, Foreman, 2IC, and crew members.
Asphalt Supervisor
Reporting to the Director, your main responsibility will be to organise, direct, advise, and instruct various asphalting crews across the organisation.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in a similar position with - an understanding of asphalting - and the ability to operate a variety of machinery.
Asphalt Foreman
Reporting to the Asphalt Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to implement and initiate work activities that are passed on by the Asphalt Supervisor.
In this role, you must have experience in a similar position plus a clear understanding of asphalting.
In addition, AARR is also accepting applications for a 2IC position and general crew members including; paver, bobcat and roller operators, screed hands, and drivers with HC or HR truck licences. People from trade backgrounds and also welcome to apply
Be Rewarded
In return for your hard work and dedication, each position will be rewarded with a generous remuneration package (in line with the position and level of experience):
- Asphalt Supervisor - package including vehicle total $120,050 + weekend rate $450 per day + night rate plus 25% of day rate;
- Asphalt Foreman - package including vehicle total $103,625 + weekend rate $350 per day + night rate $75 per night + away allowance of $75;
- Asphalt 2IC (Leading Hand) - package total $72,675 + weekend rate $300 per day + night rate $60 per night + away allowance of $60.
The Supervisor and Foreman role will also receive a fuel allowance, mobile phone, and iPad.
