Advance Metal Industries Australia is a family owned Coffs Harbour company established 1984 and currently we employee 65+ on our Team.

We are seeking motivated individuals with the ability to deliver Projects with care in the Sydney market, whilst meeting installation site due dates. A high quality of service, care and quality  of work is essential.

Applicant must demonstrate the following responsibilities:

Labourer – Trades Assistant

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your duties will include:

• Setting up materials and use of hand tools

• Mark out project
• Installation of glass and metal balustrades and pool fencing
• Manual handling
• Site work with some shed work
• Some living away project opportunities
• Time recording of jobs completed
• Housekeeping - cleaning down etc
• Quality Assurance – ensuring client’s projects are installed to the highest quality finish, every time

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Relevant White Card in Construction
• General construction experience, high rise buildings preferred

Applicants must demonstrate the following responsibilities:

• Installation  experience is an advantage
• Proficient in the use of hand tools within manufacturing environment
• Good mechanical hand tool experience
• Math and accuracy skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within an thriving culture
• Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously

• Ability to maintain working relationships

Remuneration:

• Rates negotiable and based on prior experience
• Overtime offered and flexibility with working hours
