Our client specialises in providing a first class service within the property sector and is looking for a Project Manager to join their team to manage the day to day delivery of small to medium sized projects valued up to $500,000 across a variety of clients.

This is a busy role, requiring a professional to possess the following:

• Manage projects including planning, budgeting and administration
• Prepare project scoping, planning and initiation documentation
• Negotiate and manage subcontracts in accordance with the company's policies and guidelines
• Report on project performance and ensure delivery of program milestones on time and on budget
• Manage performance, compliance and expectations of resources
• Ability to assign appropirate jobs to contractors
• Quoting and estimation of works

You will effectively manage 5-10 projects simultaneously, spending time equally on site and in the office. Great communication skills and an understanding of the needs of the client is paramount. Someone who is fit, with previous experience in project management of small to medium size commercial contrustrution is required. Formal qualifications in Property Services/Construction Management is advantageous.
