Max Door Solutions are seeking a skilled technician to join the team in a permanent full time role, based from the Sydney office to service clientele in the greater Sydney region. We are looking for a professional person that can work autonomously, has strong troubleshooting abilities as well as an sound understanding of electronics combined with mechanical knowledge.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your role will include a combination of service work, systems troubleshooting, repairs and installations. You will be highly skilled in identifying faults with electro-mechanical systems and finding solutions.
Working Monday to Friday, we are seeking a candidate that meets the following criteria:
- At least 2 years minimum experience in a similar service role;
- Experience with Automatic Door operation, door controllers, drive systems, electronics and mechanical assemblies would be highly regarded;
- A Fork licence, EWP and manual driver's licence;
- Excellent troubleshooting skills;
- An ability to read and interpret diagrams and an understanding of circuits;
- High attention to detail and pride in your work;
- Great communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients;
- Willing to work some overtime and some weekends;
- A strong team player; and
- A desire to develop and grow within the company
