Adventure Park presents a unique and diverse opportunity for a qualified Fitter & Turner to join our maintenance team. The primary purpose of the role is to maintain, service and repair all rides, plant and equipment within Adventure Park Geelong.
Our preferred applicant should have completed Certificate 3 in Engineering - Mechanical Trade, and completed an apprenticeship with the ability to demonstrate diagnostic and repair skills in the following areas;
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Pumps and watering systems
- Heavy fixed plant repair
- Experience welding and fabrication would be advantageous
- Must possess Mechanical with some preferred Electrical aptitude.
- Conduct detailed maintenance ride inspections and carry out necessary corrective action.
Additionally, a current manual drivers licence and forklift licence is essential, and an EWP would be advantageous.
Flexibility with working hours is essential as weekend and shift work on a rotational roster is a requirement of this role.
