Are you an ex locksmith or key cutter looking for a change? Or do you have maintenance experience?
Your new company
Since this organisation began in the 80’s they have grown strength to strength. Now a household name in fixtures and security fittings. At their office in Sydney’s Northern Suburbs this organisation arrange technicians for emergencies and installations.
Your new role
- Handling customer bookings and enquiries
- Scheduling of service and maintenance appointments
- Organising Service Technicians routes effectively
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team to meet customer KPI's.
- Ensuring the timely and accurate input into databases
- Ordering and managing parts
- General administrative duties.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you’ll have the following:
- Background in Locksmiths EXTREMELY DESIRABLE
- General maintenance knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally be able to schedule up to 12 locksmiths (can be taught)
- Be highly motivated with a team player attitude
What you'll get in return
You’ll be working for a stable organisation and the salary on offer depends on experience but ranged from $50-$70K + super. Hours are standard business Monday - Friday
