We’ve recently undertaken a transformation of our facilities management platform, resulting in a new and exciting opportunity within Westfield Belconnen for an experienced facilities professional within back of house (Infrastructure) services.
As the coordinator – Infrastructure facilities Management you will co-ordinate, schedule, monitor and report on the delivery of infrastructure facilities management services, ensuring that centre is safe, maintained and efficiently operating to deliver an extraordinary customer experience every day.
Your opportunity
Your role and responsibilities will include, but not limited to
- Build professional partnerships with Centre teams, service providers and retailers to ensure delivery of infrastructure services on time and on budget; ensure alignment with Centre
- Respond to and resolve customer and retailer problems in relation to infrastructure services; support retailers as required with operational requirements impacting trade
- Partner and collaborate on cross team projects and initiatives as required
- Provide feedback on performance of service and supply contracts
- Ensure adherence of service providers
- The general operations of the Centre including incident management.

You will be a passionate, dynamic, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture.
- Trade based qualifications as a minimum; electrical/mechanical/ Fire/ HVAC trade qualifications.
- 5+ years’ experience in retail property facilities management or similar customer centric environment.
- Commercial acumen and demonstrated experience balancing financial needs with technical outcomes
- Demonstrated skill in co-ordinating technical and operational people, as well as able to provide clarity of instructions as needed
- Ability to adapt to a 7 day a week dynamic environment.
- IT literate and able to use current business and building management systems and software
