About Station Link

From 30 September 2018, a new high-frequency, turn-up-and-go bus service called Station Link will keep customers moving during the upgrade of the line between Epping and Chatswood for the Sydney Metro.

As one of the Station Link Joint Venture partners, Transdev NSW will help keep the local community moving by connecting customers to impacted stations.

The Role

Support the optimum performance of the bus services originating from the Camellia depot. You will ensure that the Buses are ‘ready to go’ for service and to keep the yard in a safe and orderly manner. You will liaise daily with other departments to keep information up-to-date and where applicable be responsible for the allocation of replacement buses.

We have a number of shift opportunities available in to best support the operational requirements of the business. Shifts may include, morning – afternoon – night and weekend shifts.

These positions are a fixed term contract. The Station Link project is anticipated to end in April 2019, however month by month extensions may apply.

What you bring

• Well-developed verbal and written skills
• Flexible and positive attitude towards change
• Familiarity with public transport operations
• Computer literate in Word and Excel
• A valid NSW MR (or above) Driver Licence
• A good driving history issued from Services NSW
• Previous Heavy Vehicle Driving experience of at least 6 months within Australia (Bus Preferred)
• A current Driver Authority issued by Transport for NSW – Preferred but not essential
• A Current Working with Children Check (WWC) clearance - Preferred but not essential
