Maintenance Supervisor
Food Manufacturing Facility, Wacol based

Qualified Mechanical Fitter / Turner or Electrician  

 

Previous experience with in the food manufacturing industry is a MUST
  
We currently have vacancies for experienced and Qualified Maintenance Fitters or Electricians to perform breakdown and preventative maintenance on a range of semi and fully automated food processing machines and packaging machinery etc. 

This is a modern facility that manufactures food/meat items, providing a variety of work for you. There will be a range of scheduled maintenance, breakdown work, fault finding/troubleshooting, commissioning of new machines, and installs/repairs.  You could also be working closely with other maintenance teams/trades on site.

Opportunity to be leading a team for one of our largest clients based within Wacol on the Southside of Brisbane. This position would involve maintenance duties, associated paperwork with the role and placing S.A.P sales orders. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated leader to join the team.  


What we are looking for:

• Previous experience with in the food manufacturing industry is a MUST
• Australian Trade Qualification as Fitter/Turner or Electrician essential
  
• Proven experience on both breakdown and preventative maintenance
• Fault finding and problem solving skills and experience
• Ability to work and also lead in a team environment
• Have a high attention to detail
• Able to process associated paperwork
• Complete S.A.P Orders / Quotes 
• Commitment to workplace health and safety (MUST)
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Available for immediate start
