Torque Recruitment require experienced and reliable Telehandler operators to join our dynamic team, working with us on our Hervey Bay site.
As a Telehandler/Crane Operator, you are expected to work in a safe manner, adhering to all WHS/OHS site instructions.
Successful candidates are expected to stay onsite for the duration of the project.
Candidates applying for the Telehandler Operator positions MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED:
- A CN (Crane), LF High Risk Forklift ticket and HR licence.
- Past relevant experience operating Telehandlers.
- Construction (White/Blue) Card.
- Relevant experience on a civil/solar site.
- Ability to pass a random Drug and Alcohol screening and pass a pre-employment medical.
- Able to do general manual labouring work.
- Work 6 days per week, 60+ hours per week.
- Able to work autonomously and within a team.
- Commitment to working in a safe and efficient manner.
- As this is a local opportunity, no accommodation is provided.
- Own reliable transport and licence.
- Ability to conduct daily maintenance safety checks on machinery and co-ordinate repairs.
