Based around the corner from Swan River, on the edge of Perth’s CBD, All Suites Perth offers serviced apartments catering to short and long-stay guests ready to explore the city.

Responsibilities...

• Interact with guests, team and suppliers in a friendly & professional manner
• Action and prioritise maintenance requests and preventive maintenance according to level of urgency/importance 
• Completing all tasks in a timely manner upon receiving requests
• Providing comparable quotes and most effective results when requested for parts or service/repair
• Conduct site inductions, oversee and coordinate all new contractors coming on site and maintain relevant documentation

Expectations?

• Work on a part-time basis around 2/3 days a week (Monday-Wednesday)
• A "guest's come first" approach and ready to be hands on
• Demonstrate fantastic attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Understand the "art" of handy work 
• Creativity, positive energy and great personality
