Security Business Development Manager Sydney

Are you in the Security Industry and already performaing at a high level? Trinity Corporate Services (TCS) is looking for a driven and already established Business Development Manager within the industry. TCS is a family orientated business with a focus of honesty, integrity, and hard work.
So, what duties can you expect to do?
- Develop and build relationships with new clients
- Active networking to develop sales pipelines in line with the business strategic planning.
- Build and present compelling and customer centric proposals
- Persistently follow up new leads to ensure your success
- Achieving budget, meeting and exceeding all KPI's.
- Using your industry knowledge, reassure our clients that their sites are in the best hands and that they can expect the highest quality personnel which TCS is known for.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience with a large security organization. Ideally, you'll have a 'black book' of contacts already.
- Budget driven, and results orientated.
- Ability to identify leads, negotiate and close deals.
- Well-presented and polite- you will be the face of our business
- Sales experience is desirable but not essential
- A career focused go getter
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
What you will need?
- Drivers license and own transport
- National Police Check or be willing to obtain
- Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Proven Security Industry background
