About the Company
Our client is an International Market Leader with over 50 years' experience in the development, production and sales of equipment and vehicles for underground mining and tunnel construction who provides a comprehensive range of Life-Time Care services for their widespread range of mobile equipment.

About the Role
As a member of the maintenance team, you will be working on all underground machines and equipment where you will need excellent diagnostic skills and ability to plan and repair, maintain and re-build underground mobile machines and equipment.
If you are looking for a break from FIFO work and want a change, then this job is what you are looking for. No need to be experienced on underground gear, just to be trade qualified and have experience on mining mobile machines. Take pride in producing consistently high-quality work and you will be rewarded accordingly with an excellent hourly rate, with the potential for long term employment.
The workshop you could be going to work at every day is in Midvale and the working hours are from Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work. You will still be able to get your hours up by working up to 11 hours a day.  

Skills & Experience

• HD Fitter Trade Qualifications
• Proven maintenance experience with diesel hydraulic drive systems
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Previous experience working on underground machines desirable
• Commitment to safe work practices and working within a maintenance team
• Must be flexible, able to prioritise and be willing and able to do any level of maintenance repair job.
• Hold a current WA HR Drivers Licence
