About the Company
Our Client a manufacturer of custom made staircases, have up to 40 years experience in the stair making business, they have a wealth of knowledge in domestic and commercial staircase design, manufacturing and installation.
About the Role
You will be working 38 hours a week Monday to Friday and may be the occasional Saturday
As a Stair Case Builder apprentice you will be required to complete a Certificate III in Joinery - CPC31912.
Manual Driver licence and vehicle is a requirement of this role.
Throughout your apprenticeship you will be required to learn the following:
- Handle carpentry materials
- Use carpentry tools and equipment
- Carry out general demolition of minor building structures
- Carry out setting out
- Carry out levelling operations
- Work effectively and sustainably in the construction industry
- Plan and organise work
- Conduct workplace communication
- Carry out measurements and calculations
- Work safely at heights
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Apply OHS requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry

About You
The person we're looking for is enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable. You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. But most of all we are looking for candidates that have a passion for completing a 4 year apprenticeship.
