Your new company
A prestigious school located in the Eastern suburbs is looking for a Maintenance Officer on a permanent basis to become a valued member of their maintenance team.
Maintenance Responsibilities:
Maintain the school’s building by performing general maintenance tasks.
Monitor College’s automated maintenance program for receiving, allocating, reporting and signing off jobs
Participate in all maintenance and improvement works as required
Effectively prioritize jobs according to the College’s needs
Schedule work so as to avoid disrupting the primary operations of the College
Assist various trades staff when required
Deliver and collect materials and supplies, and verify delivery dockets by signature
Maintain work shop, tools and machinery in a safe and clean manner as required
Carry a staff mobile phone at all time
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a hardworking individual that has previous school maintenance experience. You will be competent in all basic carpentry, preventative and reactive maintenance and be able to work effectively on your own and in a team.
