Nova Smash Repairs is seeking to employ a reliable, experienced, qualified, Estimator / Quote Writer with SPRAY PAINTING and PANEL BEATING experience. You will require the following skills:
Estimator / Quote Writer with Panel Beating / Spray Painting required experience
- $70- 95k Salary, based on experience which includes bonuses based on performance if certain KPI's are met.
- Demonstrate your skills in an Established & Successful Automotive Accident Repair facility.

We are one of Perth's leading automotive accident repairers; specialising in fleet vehicles, insurance claims, corporate and private repairs. We believe our quality & service is second to none and we are looking for someone to wants to join a successful team that has pride in delivering a quality repair to happy customers .Some of your responsibilities will be ;
- Inspect vehicles to assess the amount of damage.
- Liaising with customers from start to finish.
- Taking digital images of the vehicles and entering them into our system.
- Estimating the cost of the repairs while achieving budgets & set KPI's
- Negotiating with insurance companies/assessors and to obtain authorisation while ensuring adequate margins are maintained.
- Support and assist in implementing continual improvements.
- Follow repair process through to completion and prepare job for invoicing.
- Be able to read and interpret repair methods and liaise with workshop staff to maintain quality and efficiency.
To be successful you must have great customer service skills, have 2 years or more experience in a similar role, want to work in a happy success driven environment that celebrates and reward high achievers. Additionally panel or spray painting trade qualifications would be highly beneficial for this position.
