About the Role:

As the Warranty Administrator for our multi franchised service department you will

• Manage the timely submission of warranty claims.
• Maintain accurate records as required by the manufacturers.
• Work with our service department to maintain a high standard of claim documentation.

Ideally this role is suited to a candidate that has some experience in the area, or a service advisor / technician looking for a change.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage your customers experience
• Manage the daily workload for the FCA brand department
• Maximise all sales and GP opportunities
• Maintain accurate records
• Build and maintain a customer base

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a similar role is preferable, but not essential.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of time management skills is essential
• Experience in using dealer management systems is preferable
