Selection Criteria

- Ability to plan your schedule to increase room occupancy & as a result our clinic profitability.
This unique casual position will start with 27 - 30 hours per week. The role will be given to the applicant that will:

articulate why they will be a valued addition to our therapy team.
-
present us with their Beauty/Skin Cert IV, Diploma or Dermal Degree qualifications.
-
have at least 2 years hands on experience in all traditional face & body treatments.
-
ideally have knowledge in Aspect, Germaine De Capuccini, Eminence Organics & Inika makeup & skincare ranges. Steiner therapists are very highly regarded.

love following structured procedures and detailed reporting for consistently meeting targets and achieving profitable results.

be available to work 2 evenings & Saturdays.

a laser licence and dermal therapist qualifications, Dermapen needling, IPL & fractional laser experience is very highly regarded

- 10am starts on week days.
- Sundays & Mondays off.
- A consistently top performing skin therapist will be offered a permanent position.
- You will be paid the award rate plus superannuation.

- Free treatments are a part of the training process. It is important to understand the treatment journey from the clients point of view in order to truly believe in your treatment and product recommendations.
