Are you looking to gain exposure in the electrical industry and develop lifelong skills and networks? Randstad Canberra is currently looking for a number of electrical trade assistants to work on a large scale project in the ACT. In this role you will work alongside qualified tradesman, and learn and assist in all areas of the project.
What you will need:
- Experience in construction
- Exposure to the electrical industry beneficial though not nessecary
- White card and asbestos awareness
Your duties:
- Provide assistance to tradesman and follow site instruction
- Learn industry terms and materials
- Use power tools and hand tools
- Read and interpret site plans
- Cabling assistance
- Work as part of the team to ensure successful completion of all work tasks
- Follow OHS procedures
